We work with farmers and ranchers through the Global Animal Partnership (GAP) Animal Welfare Certified label program which means that animals are raised without antibiotics or added hormones, and are fed a vegetarian diet with no animal by-products. The higher the number, the more the animal’s environment mimics its natural environment. We strive to have all Pasture Raised Step 4 & Animal Centered Step 5 labels in our store.
